The distillery Preussische Spirituosen Manufaktur has been producing top-notch spirits for quite some time now. It was opened as a distillery school in 1875 and is located in Berlin-Wedding. It was reopened in 2009 by Ulf Stahl and Gerald Schroff who were eager to take the manufacture to the next level. One of their high-quality creations is the Adler Berlin Dry Gin. It is made of a mixture of distilled wheat and juniper berries, which is combined with the aromas of ginger, allspice, coriander, orange and lavender blossoms and many other botanicals. The result is then distilled again. It matures for three to six months in earthenware pots that are over a hundred years old. After being filled into old-fashioned glass bottles, Adler Berlin Dry Gin will be sent to you for your own personal drinking pleasure!
